Eric Bossardt is a litigator who is driven by client-focused advocacy coupled with exceptional legal knowledge and skill. His clients trust him to listen to their needs and desired results and to offer them competent and realistic legal advice. Eric’s practice areas include landlord-tenant, real estate, commercial, contract, code enforcement, and building/construction disputes.

Eric has a great deal of experience in employment law as well, representing hundreds of employees in claims for employment discrimination, retaliation, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and wrongful termination. Eric’s litigation experience also includes handling over 20 trials as a Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Eric was born in Massachusetts and has lived in the Tampa Bay area for the better part of 30 years. When not spending time with his family, Eric can be found rooting for the Lightning, Buccaneers, and Rays, as well as boating and fishing around Tampa Bay.
